One item I won’t leave home without: my phone. For safety, and GPS mile tracking.
I don’t leave without my Maui Jim sunglasses – I’m a day runner in Surf City USA and the awesome eye protection is super helpful – esp. from bugs.
I don’t leave without my Oakley sunglasses! Gotta protect the eyes.
One piece of running gear is difficult because I have three I can’t live without. Number one is a watch/gps then its running cap and sunglasses.
I have been looking for some great gear to get me into trail running! Next year, I am going to start training for my first ultra!
I don’t ever leave home without my phone. I live in a rural area and I often worry about being a female out on the roads alone whether early in the am, or at night.
My garmin gps watch and Nike tempo track shorts!
Awesome! I really need this…
Just can’t go out without my hydration belt…
I’d really love to try out UltraAspire’s products and share them on my site. This would be a great starting point! (And someday I’d love to do a running retreat!)
I can’t leave home without the Garmin!
Awesome give away!
Mine would have to be sunglasses, my eyes are really sensitive. I can go without an iPod and my Garmin when necessary but the sun protection is pretty important in So Cal.
My running shoes (Brooks Adrenalines)!
I cannot run without body glide. No matter how far or how long- its key to happiness post run!
I cannot live without body glide! It’s the key to happiness during and after the run!
My water bottle! Then my Garmin!
One Piece of gear I cannot live without on my training? shorts. Don’t want to run naked….
Can’t live without my Merrell Pace Gloves! I never used to run bc of knee pain until I switched over to minimalist shoes and now I’m hooked.
One piece of running gear? It depends on how far I’m going… I like running with my Nano for short runs… longer: my iPhone w/Nike+ … love tracking my runs with this ap.
running shoes from Rogue Valley Runners, of course…
I feel a little lost if I forget my garmin. She is not gear, but I also cannot go running with out my dog…she won’t let me
My shoes!
– followed closely by my Garmin, my Ipod (only one earpiece in), and my running cap!
Just since this spring, I won’t leave home on a run without my iPhone and the Endomondo app. I’m addicted to tracking my workouts!
Sunglasses!
Shoes, of course!
My gps watch
i’m a bit obsesive about it…
My Zensah compression leg sleeves!
If I’m only able to choose 1 piece of gear, then it has to be my Hoka Bondi B’s. Best running shoes I’d ever purchased.
If only picking one piece of gear….my Hoka Bondi B’s!
Wont leave home without my hat!
Only thing I won’t leave without is…..Hoka OneOne Mafate’s
One thing??? My Hoka OneOne Mafate’s
We have a randomly selected winner! Congratulations to winner Regina Milton of Regina, FL who will receive the UltrAspire Surge hydration pack.
